5. With what methods can I pay online?
iDeal

6. How much does delivery cost?
€4 per box (incl BTW)

7. Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Holland with an address!

8. How are the cookies delivered?
Via TNT Post

9. How long does it take to deliver?
Two business days, IF you place an order before 10.00 on any business day (Monday through Friday). Your cookies will be sent the next day and arrive the following day. If your order is placed after 10.00 on a business day, your cookies will arrive 3 business days later. For example: If you place an order on Friday at 14.00 your cookies will be shipped Monday and arrive Tuesday. However, if you place an order at 9.00 on Tuesday your cookies will shipped the next day and arrive the following day (Thursday). Thinking way ahead? You also have the option to choose any future date (except Sunday) as a delivery date. No Katie's Cookies deliveries can be scheduled for Sunday, as there is no post delivery on Sunday.

10. What can I do if I don't like what I ordered?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Katie's Cookies immediately via the website for a replacement order or your money back. Product returns are not available.

11. What do you mean by 'nearly' 100% organic?
You can be assured that 98% of the ingredients are organic. However, some organic ingredients are not readily available in Holland, like organic brown sugar or cream cheese. I'm working on finding good organic wholesale providers for these ingredients. Also, I use Nestle Toll House chocolate chips, THE classic American chocolate chip. They do not offer an organic option.

12. What kind of ingredients do you use?
My goal is to use ingredients that are as close to their natural state as possible. This means using minimally-processed ingredients like raw sugar, real citrus zest and sea salt from Waddenzee. I never color a cookie to make it look flavored. The strawberry frosting is pink because I use real strawberries, and the avocado is green because it's real avocado! This gives the cookies a deeper, richer flavor.

13. What is Startup Weekend?
Startup Weekend is a weekend entrepreneurial event that happens all over the globe. I participated in the Startup Weekend in Amsterdam (September 2010) and won the "Wow!" Factor Award! It was a great boost for business and I met lots of smart, creative people. Check it out HERE and also in the Events section of the website.

14. Why cookie sandwiches?
Americans love cookies, and the Dutch love sandwiches...so for an American living in Holland it was a perfect combination! A cookie and a filling together also give you the opportunity to pair complementary flavors and make amazing flavor combinations.
